Job Description


​Responsibilities:


·        Prioritizes, schedules, and conducts brief evidence-based therapy for patients with mild to moderate behavioral health symptoms and health behavior issues

·        Assesses, refers, and advocates when appropriate, for services outside of the brief therapy model of care

·        Provides crisis intervention as needed

·        Provides education and support to patients and their families to encourage compliance with medical and behavioral regimes

·        Communicates and collaborates with appropriate community partners

·        Provides consultation to appropriate primary care staff and providers on behavioral health issues of patients and guide and assist in making CPS/APS reports or contacting law enforcement as needed

·        Documents patient visits and related information into the electronic medical record in a timely and thorough manner

·        Develops and presents trainings, in-services, and updates to providers and staff on behavioral health topics

·        Writes letters documenting and/or summarizing diagnosis and treatment as requested and appropriate

·        Attends and presents at group and individual supervision, in a frequency prescribed by the Behavioral Health Supervisor

·        Performs other duties as assigned


Compensation and Benefits Summary


·        Flexibility for on-site or hybrid schedules

·        Offers a competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
