A leading community health organization in Central Washington is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered primary care team serving diverse and underserved populations.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
  • 34 patient care hours and 6 administrative hours weekly
  • Monday–Friday clinic schedule
  • EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Team-based care model with dedicated support staff
  • Bilingual medical assistants available for patient support and translation services
  • Opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, including migrant and Latino communities

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base salary: $141,000 – $155,000 annually
  • Additional earning potential through productivity and patient satisfaction incentives
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
  • $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning shortly after hire
  • Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage required
  • Opportunity to participate in a Medical Spanish Immersion Program

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner
  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State

Physician Assistant
  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
