Job Description


​​​​​​Job Title: Mobile Crisis Clinical Supervisor / Program Manager

Location: Berkeley, California

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (including one weekend shift)




Partner with a reputable, well-established non-profit Mental Health Agency that has been providing innovative care to adults with serious psychiatric challenges in Berkeley and Alameda County since 1971. 







Position Highlights







   
  • Leverage the experience, wisdom, and crisis service program their support team has developed through the creation and refinement of their established Crisis Services Programs while working with the City of Berkeley to develop a highly requested program and team of behavioral health professionals to provide a unique, innovative approach towards Crisis Services that operates independently from law enforcement.
  • Develop with the crisis program in collaboration with the EMS Clinical Program Manager, City of Berkeley, and Bonita House; while the SCU program has the long-term goal of providing therapeutic-based 24/7 Crisis Services without law enforcement, the program will start small and grow naturally over time.
  • Work / Life balance - with a four-day work week (10-hour shifts), enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week.
  • Your office is locally located on Telegraph Avenue; crisis calls and fieldwork will be conducted through a company-provided vehicle for field-based interactions and training.
