We are hiring -- Primary Care Physician!

We are seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians for full-time roles in a team-based care model alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and clinical support staff. Position Details
- Title: Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine (adults only) or Internal Medicine
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Schedule: full-time, 4-5 days/week
- Call: rotates with provider group; phone only
Competitive Compensation
- Baseline: $220k (increasing with experience)
- CME + Professional dues reimbursement
- Loan repayment: qualifies for federal programs (NHSC and PSLF)

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (MD/DO) or equivalent from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Possess or able to obtain license to practice in the State of Connecticut
- Possess or able to obtain active DEA license
- BLS certification required
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 years of independent clinical experience following completion of an accredited residency program
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required
- Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
- Understanding of the nuances of the local community health market and social resources available to patients
