Join a Mission-Driven Team Specializing in Transforming Lives Through Clinical Interventions

 

Join a fully accredited Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) located in the vibrant community of Camden, NJ, near Philadelphia. In partnership with The Children System of Care (CSOC) and NJ Department of Children and Families (DCF), we offer specialized care for male adolescents aged 14.5-18.5 who have experienced significant traumatic events, including abuse, neglect, and failures in other programs. 

 

Our location offers students unique enrichment opportunities, with access to cultural and educational landmarks. We have a comprehensive range of allied therapies, a full medical department, and a strong clinical team using evidence-based approaches such as the Nurtured Heart Approach and the Six Core Strategies for Restraint Reduction.

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans

- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions

- Set and evaluate appropriate milestones for student progress

- Maintain robust documentation in compliance with organizational policies

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings 

- Facilitate timely referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs

 

Qualifications:

 

- Prior experience in social work, counseling, or related field

- Compassionate, caring demeanor with strong rapport-building skills

- Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

 

Compensation:

 

- Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000, DOE

- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, flexible schedule and more
