As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of Family Care Health Centers (FCHC). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with administrative and operating departments to resolve issues, drive performance, and maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead the Health Operations Department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of clinical services, facilities, and risk management across all locations.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Establish and refine policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and funding source requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Spearhead and lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making, team building, and energizing leadership techniques.
  • Departmental Leadership: Oversee key departments such as Community Health, Nursing, Nutrition Services, and more, fostering cross-department collaboration and innovation.
  • Capital Projects & Service Expansion: Work hand-in-hand with the administration to guide the execution of capital projects and the development of new services to meet community needs.
  • Financial Stewardship: Partner with the CFO to manage and develop the Health Operations Department's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
  • Staff Development: Ensure that all Health Operations staff receive professional training, performance evaluations, and career growth opportunities in line with organizational goals.







WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with at least five (5) years of health administration experience (REQUIRED).
  • Licensure: RN State License in Missouri and in good standing (if applicable) (REQUIRED).
  • Preferred Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration, or at least five (5) years of experience in public health or primary healthcare, including experience in management and administration.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of managed care operations, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency.

In Lindsey’s early years she was a part of a youth group in her community that worked with the adolescence in the surrounding areas of Murfreesboro, TN. While She was there, she saw and learned the importance of caring for individuals who are less fortunate, in bad circumstances, or simply have nowhere to go. This is where her love of helping people developed. She had a craving to be a part of the bigger picture of caring more about the resolution than the problem.

She is passionate about people and is presently obtaining a BS in Psych so she can improve her understanding to truly make an impact on lives.

She is am married to her best friend whom she has known for 15 years, a proud pet mom, an avid hiker and wine connoisseur. She is passionate about travel, people and cooking. She has traveled to numerous states and backpacked Asia. In her career she spent 3 years in Admissions ranking among the top performers and successfully reaching the given target for her campus in her 2nd year as Director. She has also effectively recruited for Providence and Kaiser in the Portland Area for Acute Care & Skilled Nursing Communities RN’s and RN’s throughout Oregon before making the transition to UHC.
