Job Description


We are hiring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)!

Seeking a dedicated oral health provider to join our exceptional clinical team within our integrated health center in Central Connecticut. We are hiring full-time or part-time hygienist. 




As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with dentists, dental support staff, physicians, advanced practitioners, and behavioral health providers in a team-based approach to patient care. Our mission is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. General Details:
  • Role: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Schedule:   Full -OR- Part-time
  • Operational hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

 

Compensation & Benefits

Part-time providers are benefit eligible!




*** Up to $50,000 in non-taxed tuition forgiveness as an approved site in the NHSC program!



  • Rate: Based on years of experience, starting at $30/hour
  • Time off: combined PTO and holiday = 200 hours annually
  • CME: additional time off and financial reimbursement 
  • Retirement: up to 12% employer discretionary contribution (after 1 year of service)
  • Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance: covered in full (individual or family plan)

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Dental Hygiene and possession of a degree or certificate
  • Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice in the state of Connecticut

 

Preferred Requirements:
  • Understanding of the nuances of the local community health market and social resources available to patients
  • Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
