We are hiring General Dentists!
Join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in the suburbs of Kansas City, Kansas. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the underserved suburban community. As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with other oral health providers, physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.
The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide access to respectful, empowering, culturally sensitive and appropriate high-quality health care for the community, regardless of socio-economic obstacles. We pursue this mission through the delivery of equitable, “whole” person care for children and adults. In addition to primary medical, dental, behavioral health, women’s health, and pharmacy services, Vibrant Health provides community outreach services, school-based preventative dental services, and school-based behavioral health services. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:
Compensation: $140k - $170k DOE
Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours
Operational hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
We offer a strong benefits package, including:
Student Loan Repayment (including NHSC Scholars) our health center has a qualifying score for state and federal loan repayment or scholarship programs!
Health Insurance via four plan options.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
Kevin made a move from podium to recruiting in 2007 to assist professionals obtain and advance their careers and recognize their dreams.
