Job Description


​​​We are hiring General Dentists to join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the rural underserved. As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

 

The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

 

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:



Compensation: $190,000+ DOE

Sign-on/Retention Bonus: $50,000 for a 3-year commitment!





 

Schedule:     5 days x 8 hours with an early close on Fridays OR

4 days x 10 hours

 

Operational hours: 7:30 am to 6:30 pm

Paid Time Off

Dental Provider

·       1st year          25 days

·       2 to 5 years  30 days

·       6+ years        35 days

·       PTO accrual starts on your first day. Employees are eligible to take PTO once the benefit is accrued.

401(K) Retirement Plan via Empower Financial Group

·       Eligible 1st of the month following hire date.

·       Company match starts first of the month following 90 days.

·       FHLC matches 100% up to 4% and will invest another 0.5% for your 401K deduction at 5% and 6%.

 

Life Insurance via Hartford Insurance

·       Family Health pays for 3x of your annual salary (up to $250,000).

·       Voluntary life is available based on age for employees, spouses, and dependents.

 

Long-Term Disability via Hartford Insurance

·       Coverage 2/3 salary. Benefits start after 90 days.

 

Short-Term Disability via Hartford Insurance

·       Coverage 2/3 salary.

·       Accidents: Benefits start on day one (1)

·       Illnesses: Benefits start on day eight (8)

·       Maximum duration: 26 weeks

Requirements:

·           Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree

·           Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin

·           Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

 

Preferred Requirements:

·           Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable.

·           Bilingual English/Spanish



·           Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
