Dentists to join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health
Center in Central Wisconsin. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral
health care services to the rural underserved. As an oral health provider at
our organization, you will work closely with physicians, advanced
practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based
approach to patient care.

primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. We

We offer strong compensation
and robust benefit packages:
Compensation: $190,000+ DOE
Sign-on/Retention Bonus: $50,000 for a 3-year commitment!

Schedule: Â Â Â 5 days x 8 hours with an early close on Fridays OR
4 days x 10 hours
Â
Operational hours: 7:30 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements:
·         Â
Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either
a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
·         Â
Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in
the State of Wisconsin
·         Â
Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
Â
Preferred Requirements:
·         Â
Local knowledge and connections to community health care and
social resources are desirable.
·         Â
Bilingual English/Spanish
·         Â
Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
