We are hiring Pediatric Dentists!
Join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the rural underserved. As a Pediatric Oral Health Provider at our organization, you will work closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.
The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:
Compensation: $250,000 to $350,000 DOE
Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours
Operational hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm “No late nights or weekends!”
We offer a strong benefits package, including:
Paid Time Off
Dental Provider
· 1st year 25 days, increasing on year 5 to 30 days
· Additional increases with longevity
CME - Paid Time Off + Reimbursement
· Dental Provider’s receive 12 days paid time off and up to $5,800 reimbursement each year!
Paid Holidays –
· 6.5 days observed
401(K) Retirement Plan
· 3% Employer Safe Haven contribution each pay period
· Vested 100% IMMEDIATELY!
Professional Liability Insurance –
· Covered by employer
Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance with multiple options to choose from.
· Eligible 1st of the month following hire date.
Medical and Flexible Spending, Health Savings accounts are available to cover.
· Medical/Dental/Vision expenses, such as out of pocket, deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, glasses, etc.
· Dependent Care to cover child or elder care with pretax dollars
Life Insurance
· Primary employer paid benefit
· Voluntary life is available based on age for employee, spouse, and dependents at reasonable rates
Long-Term Disability - Covers 60% of salary up to $15,000/monthly. Benefits start after 90 days.
Short-Term Disability - Covers 80% salary during the 1st 90 days of incident

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
