Location: Ontario, California
Salary: Approximately $200,000 annually
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Are you a visionary Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) ready to make your mark at the executive level? We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our C-suite, reporting directly to the CEO, and drive the transformation of behavioral health services across Ontario, California.
Your Executive Mission
As the Director of Behavioral Health, you'll be a key member of our executive leadership team, blending strategic oversight with hands-on clinical expertise. This unique role offers the flexibility to craft your ideal balance of leadership and patient care, tailored to your strengths and our organization's needs.
Key Executive Responsibilities (60-80% of your role)
- Strategic Visionary: Shape and execute the overarching behavioral health strategy, aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
- C-Suite Collaborator: Work directly with the CEO and executive peers to drive organizational success and integrated care initiatives.
- Program Architect: Design and implement a cutting-edge, comprehensive behavioral health program across multiple sites.
- Team Builder: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of behavioral health professionals.
- Innovation Champion: Spearhead the integration of behavioral health into primary care, pioneering new models of care delivery.
Clinical Excellence (20-40% of your role)
- Provide direct patient care, leveraging your expertise in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders for both children and adults.
- Maintain your clinical edge while setting the standard for evidence-based care across the organization.

- California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with a passion for community health and executive leadership
- Proven track record in both clinical excellence and healthcare administration

Since joining UHC Solutions in 2019, Wayne has focused on solving complex recruitment challenges for roles such as Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists. His strategic approach combines industry best practices with a deep understanding of business and technology, delivering significant returns on investment for his clients.
Wayne's career in recruitment began in 2005, with a foundation in healthcare and academic settings. At Favorite Healthcare Staffing, he rose from recruiter to senior roles, taking on operations management responsibilities and honing his skills in full-cycle recruiting and team leadership.
Prior to his recruitment career, Wayne served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed critical leadership and teamwork skills. His military service during Operation Enduring Freedom earned him several honors, including the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
Wayne holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. This educational background provides him with a strategic edge in navigating the evolving landscapes of healthcare recruitment, business, and technology.
