We are hiring a Director of Family Medicine!

 

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in the Pasco County / Greater Tampa, Florida Metro. This position involves clinically and administratively leading the Family Medicine team of providers and support staff in delivering quality-focused primary care services to our patients in suburban and rural underserved areas of Pasco County. As a Director of Family Medicine at our organization, you will work closely with our primary care Family Medicine physicians and advanced practitioners, as well as leaders of other specialty programs such as pediatrics, women’s health, pharmacy, oral health, and behavioral health, in a team-based approach to patient care.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation: $260,000 to $300,000 DOE

Schedule:    5 days x 8 hours or 4 days x 10 hours, no weekends or holidays!

Clinical to Admin Ratio: 60/40

Operational hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine and possession of either an MD or a DO degree
  • Possess Family Medicine Board Certification or Board Eligible
  • Ten (10) years of successful clinical experience
  • Two (2) years of successful clinical leadership experience
  • Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
  • Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate




Preferred Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
