We are hiring a Dental Director!

 

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in the SW Kansas City Metro/Suburbs. The Dental Director provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management of the dental department.

This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered dental care, compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements, and alignment with the health center’s mission to provide accessible and comprehensive care to all. The Director of Dental Services serves as both a practicing dentist and an administrative leader.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

- Compensation: $190, 000 - $225, 000 DOE

- Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours

- Operational hours: 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
  • Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas
  • Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
  • A combination of clinical chairside and leadership experience, providing the ability to lead a dedicated dental clinical and support team

 

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 3+ years of clinical dentistry leadership
  • Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
  • Operations experience managing budgets and multiple sites
