Family Medicine Physician | $322K + $30K Hiring Bonus | Salem, Oregon
Build a meaningful primary care practice while enjoying an exceptional compensation and benefits package in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
A large, established Community Health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
You’ll work within a patient-centered medical home and collaborative care team while managing your own patient panel across the lifespan. The organization has a long history of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare and offers the stability and resources of one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest community health networks.
Position Highlights
- $322,000 annual compensation
- Guaranteed first-year annual salary
- $30,000 hiring bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation allowance
- $2,000/month resident or fellow stipend
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- 34 clinical hours + 6 administrative hours per week
- Full-scope Family Medicine panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Dedicated certified bilingual Medical Assistant supporting patient care and translation
- Epic EMR
- Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage needed
- J-1 waiver and H-1B visa assistance available
- HPSA Primary Care Score: 18

Candidates must have completed or be on track to complete an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency program. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
