​​Join our integrated, non-profit healthcare organization as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this outpatient team setting, you will work in a psychotherapist role within a primary care team setting. With a diverse patient population of all age ranges, we value mission-driven therapists with varying specialties. As a valued member of our Care Team, you'll collaborate with skilled professionals serving a rapidly growing patient population. Our behavioral health services span adults, adolescents, and children, offering psychosocial assessments, medication management, counseling and therapy, crisis intervention, patient care coordination, and chronic care management.

Your role will encompass:
- Advocating for clients and helping them access resources while addressing personal challenges like mental illness, addiction, and abuse.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
- Collaborating with other providers and school personnel to create comprehensive care plans.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Utilizing community resources and educating patients to resume life in the community or adapt to disability.

As an LCSW, you'll showcase your expertise and understanding of medical terminology while communicating effectively with patients and colleagues. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain patient confidentiality will further contribute to our team's success.

Being exposed to the nonprofit world at a young age, Isaiah has a passion to invest his time and energy in community healthcare and improve our world.
He spent a year abroad and helped with several medical outreaches that were focused on providing medical care to those who don’t have access to it. From this experience, he understood firsthand what it looks like for a community to not receive the medical care they need.
Isaiah then received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Washington State University to be in the business of people and help serve their needs. Now at UHC Solutions, Isaiah is focused on assisting mission driven candidates find the opportunity that is right for them.
