Betty Menkahus graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2011 before moving west to launch her recruiting career in Portland. With diverse experience across various industries, she found her true calling in non-profit healthcare, focusing on supporting mission-driven organizations. Betty emphasizes the importance of placing compassionate providers within collaborative, team-based care models.
Having spent five years recruiting for one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the country, she honed her skills in identifying top-tier candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values. This expertise seamlessly transitioned to her current role at UHC Solutions, where she supports Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in their Provider recruitment efforts.
Outside of work, Betty is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, snowboarding, cycling, paddleboarding, and traveling to new destinations for her next adventure.
