​​We are hiring two Oral Surgeons!

Join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Central Wisconsin. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the rural underserved. As an Oral Surgeon at our organization, you will work closely with other Dentists and Oral Health professionals, Medical Providers, Behavioral Health Clinicians, and our fantastic support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.


The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.


We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation: $300, 000 to $500, 000 DOE


Schedule:     5 days x 8 hours


Operational hours: 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm “No late nights or weekends!”

Need Visa Support?     Our Integrated Health Center provides H1B and TN visa support and sponsorship to a provider who shares our mission and values!

·           Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree

·           Graduate of an accredited Oral Surgical or MaxoFacial Surgical Residency

*       NEW GRADS and 2024 Grads Welcome!

·           Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin

·           Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate


Preferred Requirements:

·           Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable.

·           Bilingual English/Spanish

·           Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
