We are innovative, creative, and continuously improving. Job Description:We employ community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Family Medicine Physician. The Family Medicine Physician will provide medical care to treat, prevent and/or diagnose illness, disease, or injury. The physician will examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status, analyze records, reports, test results, and/or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient, prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination. The physician will also focus on explaining procedures and discussing test results on prescribed treatments with patient and advise patients and community concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. The physician will collaborate with and non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc). The physician will perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs/demands. Experience and Skills:
Annual salary from $190,000 to $225,000 per year Benefits:We value our team and foster a positive, fun work environment! We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program
- Board Certified
- Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
- Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred

Account Executive - Physician Recruitment
After 20 years of Clinical Practice, Dr. Ghitea has decided to explore the administrative and business side of medicine. He now enjoys helping physicians find successful jobs. He also gets satisfaction from assisting Community Health Centers and helping to provide physicians to medically underserved populations.
Over the years, he has done volunteer work in Africa, Malaysia, and Eastern Europe. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor sports and traveling with his family.
