Southeastern Washington | Full-Time
Provide Meaningful Care in a Collaborative, Mission-Driven Practice
A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team in southeastern Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to practice 100% outpatient medicine while caring for a diverse adult patient population with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy aging. The organization is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through an integrated team-based model.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine practice
- Monday-Friday schedule promoting excellent work-life balance
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient care with an emphasis on chronic disease management
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and support staff

- Supportive leadership committed to quality improvement and provider success
- Optional hospital privileges available for physicians interested in maintaining inpatient skills (not required)

- Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians welcome
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $247,000-$333,000 annually (DOE)

Continuing Medical Education

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration
