A respected community health organization in Central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven team dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to underserved populations.

This opportunity offers physicians the ability to practice full-spectrum family medicine while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families. Providers are supported by a collaborative care model focused on improving access, outcomes, and overall community health.

Position Highlights
  • Full-scope Family Medicine practice
  • Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
  • 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours weekly
  • EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Team-based care model with dedicated clinical support
  • Certified bilingual medical assistants available for patient care and translation services
  • Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations

Compensation & Incentives
  • Guaranteed first-year salary of $322,000
  • $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
  • Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage required
  • Visa sponsorship support available, including J-1 Waiver and H-1B sponsorship
  • Opportunity to participate in a four-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Washington
