We are hiring a Chief Dental Officer!

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in the greater St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.
This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to patients of all ages. As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with our oral health support staff, physicians, advanced practitioners, and behavioral health clinicians in a team-based approach to patient care.

The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide affordable and accessible comprehensive primary care services to anyone, with emphasis on the medically underserved, and to train a primary care workforce in order to promote the general health of the service area. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:
Compensation:Â Â Â Â Â $185,000 + DOE
Schedule:               Monday - Friday with an early close on Friday’s
Operational hours: Mon:           8:00 am – 5:00 pm
 Tue:           8:00 am – 6:00 pm
 Wed, Thu: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
 Fri:              8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
·      Multiple plans are available to qualified employees and their families
Paid Time Off (Vacation/Sick/Holidays) - Dental Provider
·      Vacation: 120 hours, 15 days, increasing in year 3
·      Sick time: 96 hours, 12 days, accrued
·      Holidays: 9 days
·      CDE: TBD
401(K) Retirement Plan Â
·      Company match/contribution % based on yearly board approval
HSA and Flexible Spending: Available to qualified employees and their families for both Health Care Expenses and Dependent Care expenses

·          Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
·          Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri
·          Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
Preferred Requirements:
·          Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
·          Bilingual English/Spanish

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
