We are hiring a Senior Director of Dental Services!





Bring your leadership skills and desire to serve patients in need to lead our exceptional Oral Health clinical team within our Integrated Health Center in Eastern Nebraska. This position involves leading a dedicated and mission-driven team of oral health providers and support staff as they deliver quality-focused oral health care services to the urban, suburban, and rural underserved. As an oral health provider leader at our organization, you will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer, our c-suite, and departmental leadership from our medical, behavioral health and oral health staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:



Compensation: $230,000 - $280,000 DOE

 

Schedule:    60% Admin / 40% Clinical, 5 days x 8 hours

 

Operational hours: Monday through Friday 8:am to 5:pm

                                    Saturday rotation 9:am – 12:pm

Paid Time Off (“PTO”) - Dental Leader/Provider

·      1st year         120 hrs (15 days)

·      PTO accrual starts on your first day. Employees are eligible to take PTO once the benefit is accrued.

 

Sick Leave - Dental Leader/Provider

·      12 days per year, accruing at 1 day/month

Requirements:

·          Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree

·          Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Nebraska

·          Possess or be able to obtain an active state and federal DEA Certificate

·          Experience working as a dental provider, treating oral health conditions with patients of various means and status

·          Experience working in a dental provider capacity with leadership responsibilities

 

Preferred Requirements:

·          5-years’ experience in a leadership position

·          Experience or familiarity with working with dental students, resident dentists, or fellowship program

·          Advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration or a related field

·          Knowledge or understanding of community health delivery model and social resources

·          Bilingual English/Spanish

·          Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.

After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
